I feel like the people who have MUCH HIGHER LIMITS got access to cash app borrow MUCH EARLIER and maybe the rules were different then, so they were able to work to get really high cash app limits. Meaning if you got access to the borrow feature say 3-5 years ago, you were actually able to get up to anywhere near $1000+.
